A marvellous graduation ceremony celebrated the Class of 2025, who will move on from Puddle Lane to start primary school in August.
Puddle Lane invited family and friends to a graduation ceremony filled with performances, presentations and laughter. The event reflected on the journey of each graduate from their first day to now, being ready for school.
The little ones took to the stage and sang twice with the lyrics shown on TV screens for the audience to sing along.
A bespoke version of the popular song ‘Mamma Mia’ got everyone joining in: “I’ve been at Puddle Lane since I don’t know when. So, for me and my friends, it has come to an end. Look at me now, look at what I’ve learned. I don’t know how, but I’m suddenly going to school. I know it will be so cool”
Each child set to be a school pupil in August was presented with a certificate while photos from their years at nursery were shown on the big screen. The kids and the audience smiled when looking back at the fun activities they all experienced together at nursery.
Puddle Lane has been a safe and fun place to be. Every day the children learn, play and spend time with their friends. Now, the next chapter is waiting.
The children are already picturing themselves in thriving careers as they told the audience their ambitious plans for the future. Zak has a big aspiration to become Santa Claus, Arlo hopes to be a professional footballer while Caben is determined to be adventurous as a Jurassic Park hunter. Rory would like to be a teacher and Roni wants to be like her mum and be a hairdresser in her mummy’s salon while Lachlan wants to continue being happy and having fun.
The milestone of going to school is one to mark with family and friends, and Puddle Lane’s Graduation Ceremony with its balloons, cakes, and musical performances will be remembered by the Class of 2025.
