We have created our own flower and vegetable garden beds.
At Puddle Lane children’s nursery there are outdoor play areas. We love spending time outside and decided to add more colour to the space by planting our own flowers and vegetables.
From planting seedlings to seeing the plants grow and strengthen, the process has taught us about plant life cycles.
It has been great fun to feel the different textures of the soil and smell the floral scents of various flowers.
Overall, we’ve felt a sense of accomplishment in growing our own plants.
